Privacy statement
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This statement explains how Braza Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 35 662 678 408) — “Braza”, “we”, “us” — handles personal information collected through this website. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We collect only the personal information you choose to give us through the contact form:
- your name, work email address and company;
- if you provide them, your role and phone number;
- the capability you are interested in, and your project summary.
Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in an enquiry.
What we do not collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load scripts, fonts or other content from third parties. To protect the contact form from spam, your browser measures how long the form was open before it was sent and includes a hidden field that people leave empty. Neither identifies you.
Like any website, the service that delivers it — Amazon Web Services — processes technical information such as your IP address in order to send pages to your browser. We do not keep access logs that record this information.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a possible engagement with you, and to keep a record of our business correspondence. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Where it goes
When you send the form, it is processed by our systems on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia, and delivered as an email to our enquiries mailbox. Our email is hosted by Hostinger, which may store it on servers outside Australia. Apart from these service providers, we do not disclose your personal information to anyone unless you agree or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, to manage any engagement that follows, and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete them. The contact form’s technical logs record only whether a submission succeeded — never what it contained — and are deleted after 30 days.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people at Braza who need it to respond.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@braza.consulting.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, email hello@braza.consulting. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this statement
We will update this statement if the way we handle personal information changes — for example, if we add website analytics — and change the date at the top when we do.
